Event Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Dina Behrman Communications. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed. Where a payment plan is selected, all instalments must be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in your place being cancelled without refund.

3. Cooling-Off Period (Your Right to Cancel)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of purchase. This cooling-off period begins the day after your ticket is purchased. If you choose to cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund.

4. Cancellation by You
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual, subject to prior written approval from Dina Behrman Communications.
Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange any transfer. We are unable to assist with sourcing replacement attendees or facilitating ticket resales. Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including the date, venue, speakers, or programme, where necessary. Where a significant change is made, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price. If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within a specified timeframe. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.

7. Transfers
All ticket transfers are subject to prior written approval from Dina Behrman Communications. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at our discretion.

8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dina Behrman Communications shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred in connection with the event. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or venue-related issues.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
